The Aspirely Standard for Enterprise. At onboarding, your account team works with you to define the single success metric that matters most to your hiring operation. Time-to-hire, shortlist diversity, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, or a custom KPI. If we don’t deliver against it in 90 days, we refund the contract value and extend your access by 90 days.
