How it started

We are Ryan and Connor Hassan, two brothers who know what it is like to send out hundreds of applications and hear nothing back.
We discovered that most CVs never reach a human. Automated systems filter them out based on keywords, formatting, and structure that candidates never knew mattered. It is not a talent problem. It is a technology problem.
What started as a side project became something much bigger. A mission to make hiring fair, transparent, and human again. To build technology that opens doors instead of closing them.

Ryan leads Aspirely's vision, product strategy, and growth. Having experienced the frustration of the hiring process first-hand, he built Aspirely to put transparency and fairness back at the centre of every job search.

Connor leads Aspirely's engineering and AI. He built the CV intelligence engine from the ground up, obsessing over every score, suggestion, and bias check to make sure the platform is as fair as it is powerful.
