Here is what closing it means. We cannot guarantee you the interview. We cannot guarantee the offer. We cannot guarantee the salary or the timing. Those depend on the recruiter, the role, the market, and a hundred things we cannot see. What we can guarantee is that we will work honestly for you. If we do not, or if you do not feel it working, we do not keep your money.

What the Standard does not promise
The Standard is our commitment to the work. It does not promise the outcome.
We cannot guarantee the interview. Interviews depend on the recruiter, the role, the timing, the market, and how you compare to other candidates on the day.
We cannot guarantee the offer. Offers depend on how you show up in the room, how you negotiate, and how you land against everyone else in the pipeline.
We cannot guarantee the salary or the timing. Both are set by employers, not by us.
What we guarantee is the honesty of the work. If our tools do not help you, or do not feel worth the cost, you do not pay for them.
Questions we get
How do I claim the refund?
Cancel from your account settings. The refund goes to your original payment method within 24 hours. There is no claim form, no manual review, no waiting period.
Do I need to prove I used the tools?
No. The Standard is not conditional on how you used Premium or whether you followed a specific workflow. If you are not feeling the value, you do not owe us the reason.
How many months back can I refund?
Every Premium month you have paid us. If you have been Premium for four months and cancel today, all four months come back to you.
Can I subscribe again later?
Yes. Refunding under the Standard does not close the door. If your situation changes and you want to try Premium again, you are welcome back on the same terms.
Does this apply to the Free tier?
The Standard is a Premium tier commitment. Free is free. There is nothing to refund.
Why do you not require a protocol or a baseline?
We used to. We rewrote it. A refund promise conditional on a four-part protocol is a claims process, not a guarantee. If we are being honest about what we are paid for, we do not need to gatekeep the refund. Ask us in a year whether we changed our minds.
